Senior Representatives!

“Captured by Christy” is looking for 2013 Senior Representatives

**Applicable to current high school juniors graduating in 2013 who reside and attend school in the vicinity of St. John's.**

Want to have stylish Senior Portraits taken for free?  Want the ability to have those portraits printed for free?  I am looking for someone fun, energetic, unique and full of personality to represent “Captured by Christy” to their school.   If you pride yourself on your personal style, are comfortable in front of the camera and use Facebook on a regular basis then you are exactly what I'm looking for!

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

• Fill out and submit this application no later than February 29th, 2012
• Email it to capturedbychristy@nl.rogers.com.  
• Be available to have one session completed by April 30th, 2012.
• Have your parent(s) or legal guardian sign a model release form to allow your image to be used for marketing purposes.
• Agree to refer your friends and classmates to “Captured by Christy” for their senior portraits. 
•  Full Senior Portrait session is contingent on a completed referral.
• Agree to utilize photos from “Captured by Christy” as your senior portraits.
• *Like* “Captured by Christy” on Facebook.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

• 2 free photo sessions with up to (3) clothing changes.
• 1 mini session to be completed by April 30^th, 2012. Up to 2 locations.
• 1 full Senior Portrait session to be taken during the summer prior to your senior year. Up to 3 locations.
• 50 personalized referral cards to give to your friends and classmates with your name, picture and “Captured by Christy” contact information. 
• Referral cards to be received no later than 3 weeks following session.
• Earn print credits and other incentives (see below) for every person you refer who books and pays for a session before January 2013!
• 5 of my favorite low-resolution images (with my logo) to share on Facebook and other social networking sites.

INCENTIVES

• $20 print credit for every completed referral up to $300
• 10 referrals – Mini-accordion book
• 20 referrals - custom designed photo book showcasing your senior portraits

When your referral books a paid session and brings in your personalized referral card, you will receive the above mentioned incentives.  The more referrals you provide, the more incentives you receive.  These referrals are open to the following sessions:  Senior, Newborn, Baby, Family, Engagement, Maternity, Weddings, etc.

**Your referrals must present your referral card in order to be eligible. All referrals will receive 10% off their session and prints with a valid referral card**

Terms and Conditions :
The first photo session must be completed by April 30th, 2012. Parent(s) or legal guardians of the Senior Representative must sign a model release, allowing us to use your images for advertising purposes.  A valid Senior Portrait Referral Card must be presented by a referred student in order to receive any referral incentives.  Incentives will be rewarded upon completion of a referral’s session and all fees are paid in full.  Interested students should submit the following information by Wednesday, February 29th, 2012 to capturedbychristy@nl.rogers.com.

A model release will be sent to you upon approving your application. Applications are incomplete until the release is signed and returned.  Representatives will be chosen and notified by March 15th, 2012. In order to qualify for your full Senior Portrait session you must have at least 1 referral paid in full.
